End of tenancy cleaning Checklist

For whole property cleans which are bigger than a studio flat, we aim to send a minimum of 2 cleaners.
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule 48 hours prior to your booking day for free. However if you provide us with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged a £50 fee.
Yes, We work 7 days a week except for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing day, New Years Eve and New Years day.
We can only give an estimate based on the size and condition of the property. For instance a 1 or 2 bedroom property will usually take between 2-4 hours to clean. If you also opted for additional services such deep carpet and upholstery cleaning this will take longer.
End of Tenancy cleaning is a deep thorough clean of the inside of your property via a LL and estate agency approved check list which comes with a service guarantee. The service guarantee ensures that you receive your deposit back from your LL or property management agency.
A one off deep clean provides the same deep cleaning service as an End of Tenancy clean however it does not come with a service guarantee as there is no deposit at risk in this situation. We will give you the opportunity to thoroughly inspect the cleaning while our team are at your property. One off deep cleans are suitable for pre-occupancy or move in cleaning, as well as for pre-sale and post sale situations.
In all cases, we would require the property to be free of personal items/ belongings, aside from furniture and appliances, as we do not clean lived in properties.
Yes and no. We can still clean your property however we would not guarantee the service. A condition of the End of Tenancy cleaning service is that the property must not have been used after the service has been completed.
If you continue to live in the property, you will inevitably continue to use the rooms/utilities etc.. that have been professionally cleaned and thereby create additional new mess.
If you have booked our End of Tenancy cleaning services, we will guarantee you will get your deposit back as long as all our Ts&Cs are met. If your LL or managing estate agency finds any fault with our End of Tenancy cleaning service, simply contact us within 5 days of the completed clean and send us photographic evidence or an inventory report via email. We will send the End of Tenancy cleaners back if we find the clean wasn't satisfactory.
You do not need to be present, you can simply let the team in and they ill lock up after themselves.
Yes, thats absolutely fine, we will collect and return your keys free of charge if the distance is under 1 mile or less. If the distance is more than 1 mile please let us know as there maybe a small charge.
Most importantly make sure that the property will have hot running water, electricity, and working lights everywhere so that a deep clean can be achieved - without power and hot water the guarantee will be nullified. Please make sure that the property is free of personal belongings and items. Any waste or rubbish must be binned or bagged, there should be no rubbish lying around the property. Additionally please don't forget to defrost the freezer or we would not be able to clean it.
Yes we do require that parking is provided. The teams usually carry a lot of cleaning chemicals, equipment and large machines so they will need parking for the duration of the appointment. If there is no free paring, the team will use Pay & Display and the charges will be passed on to you. If there is no parking at all within a 5 minute walking distance of your property we will not be able to attend.
You do not need to provide anything at all, we will bring everything.
You can pay cash to cleaners on the day, pay via the invoice sent or pay via bank transfer.
Yes, as our End of Tenancy cleaning service is guaranteed we require full payment to be made ahead of your appointment.
The appointment will be cancelled and a call out charge of £65 Will be applied to the booking. You will need to contact us to make another appointment.
You must provide the correct details ASAP. If our team attends at the wrong address, a fee will be applied depending on the distance of the 2 properties.
